I am a full member of the Australian Psychological Society. In my work with men, women and couples, I am committed to helping them understand, face and resolve long-standing difficulties. As part of this supportive process, I recognize and encourage each person's innate ability to identify and heal their wounds, and develop to their full potential. Alicja Wierzbowski

I am a registered psychologist with over ten years experience in counselling, psychotherapy, teaching and supervision. I am a full member of the Australian Psychological Society and the College of Health Psychologists. I offer both short and long-term therapy. In my work with clients I endeavor to discover and enhance their resources so that they become their best helpers. Dr. Philip Walsh

My experience as a psychologist involves working with both adults and children in a variety of settings for over ten years. My therapeutic style revolves around enabling others to become more self-aware and able to think for themselves, to resolve past issues and become more authentic and empowered. My work helps people to improve their life satisfaction and the quality of their relationships.

Participating in counselling is about making positive and life enhancing changes. I am qualified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and incorporate the wisdom of psychodynamic methods and principles in my work. I provide psychotherapy, counselling and life coaching as appropriate for depression, anxiety, bereavement and unresolved grief, relationship and marital difficulties, body image problems, sexual problems, parenting and personal growth. I have a special interest in helping people identify parts of the self that have yet to be fully realised. I have over 12 years' experience in very diverse settings as a counsellor & coach, helping men, women, and adolescents with general life issues. Also, I specialize in work on career development, & men’s issues. In my practice, I emphasize positive psychology & enhancing your quality of life.

My approach is oriented towards individual growth and the development of potential. I consider clients to be experts of their own experience and encourage them to access their uniqueness and take responsibility for these experiences. I am a fully qualified member of the Australian Counselling Association and the Critical Incident Stress Foundation of Australia.
